Jocelyn 15 years

Jocelyn 15 years was an incredible experience for me as a photographer. From her Mom to her friends, everyone contributed with their work to make this day the most unforgetable for this new lady.

I feel that it was a great honor to be a participant on this occasion. I decided to go a little bit different on the approach of photographing her transition from a girl to a "seƱorita" (lady) and I chose to go ahead with a first photographic session on location. This time, I went back to one of my favorite places, Leo Carrillo beach, because of its infinite opportunities to capture great images.

Then in order to make the day of the ceremony easier, we choose to go on a second location the day before of the celebration. For this one, the location was the surrounding of San Gabriel Mission in Alhambra. What a great place, the dominance of that Spanish style buildings, the texture of the walls and its pastel tones gave me so many possibilities to get amazing pictures. I said before that my main idea was to make my life a lot easier, so at this time I was able to capture Jocelyn on a great place being surrounded by her "escorts", so those images are a "must be" on her album.

The ceremony day was hard work, hundreds of pictures of a great day were taken, so you can say that their mission was accomplished by just looking at the guest faces. Another great time to capture those moments where she was around the ones who most love her.

And after that special day, we went for our last photo session at one of the most amazing locations around Los Angeles,it is up for you to guess where this place it is. At this time the idea was to capture her more as a lady, the lady that she turned the day before.

Your comments are welcome and I really want you to enjoy this images as I did when I capture them
